Causes of pimples
Our skin pore contains sebaceous glands. These glands secrete sebum, which is an oily substance that lubricates the skin and hairs. 
Sebaceous glands are present in every skin pore on the body except the palms of your hands and soles of your feet. But there are more sebaceous glands on the face and scalp than anywhere on your body.
Sebaceous glands produce sebum in the pores, while new skin cells constantly grow out, and the outer layers of skin are being shed (dead skin cells).
When the dead skin cells are not shed, they remain in the pores and are stuck together by the sticky sebum, which blocks the skin pore to cause pimples.

Other likely causes of pimples include yeast infection, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). And testosterone sensitivity.
Although many people have claimed that diet can cause pimples, there’s little or no medical evidence to support. Scientific studies have stated that foods might play little role in causing pimples.
Does Groundnut Cause Pimples?
Now, to the main question, does groundnut cause pimples? The plain answer is no.
First, groundnuts contain vitamin E, selenium, and antioxidants, which are all good for the skin. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids, healthy polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated fats, which are vital for key bodily functions. 
In fact, eating a groundnut can fight inflammation and maintain good skin moisture levels. 
It is not possible to say that groundnut causes pimples, as they are no medical evidence to back up that claim.
