Great article! I’ve been researching Apple Cider Vinegar a lot lately and it’s definitely a powerful health tonic. In small infrequent dosages it is most effective, as it is a highly acidic substance that can throw off pH balance if consumed too frequently.
Other than that it’s basically a cure-all for a ton of diseases and ailments. Really important that you mentioned candida, since most articles on ACV never really get into that side of things. It’s a powerful gut-balancer and anti-yeast agent.
