It is as simple as that. Make sure you stay hydrated. Start your day with a glass of water and drink water at regular intervals during the day. Do not wait until you are thirsty before you drink water as your body must have lost a lot of water before then. Lacking water in your system could make your urine more concentrated, giving it a stronger colour and smell, and also making it a bit painful to pass out. Drinking enough water helps allows you to properly pass out bacteria and other toxins when you urinate and also makes it easier to urinate. Making your kidneys happy, and caring for your urinary system are some of reasons why you should drink more water.

2. Do Not Hold In Your Urine For Long Periods

Some people are fond of the habit of holding in their urine, even when they have easy access to the restroom. This does nothing but add pressure to your bladder, weakening it over time. This makes it harder for you to retain urine even for few minutes.

As soon as you feel pressed, head for the restroom. If you are in a place where you do not have access to a restroom, at the first chance you have one, make use of it. And when you do get to urinate, make sure to empty your bladder. Do not leave the restroom till your bladder is empty.

3. Stay Relaxed When Urinating
